All meals are prepped fresh and packaged to stay refrigerated. They typically stay fresh for 5–7 days when kept in the fridge, making them perfect for the full work week. For longer storage, most meals can be frozen and reheated without losing quality.

Can I Pick Up My Order Instead Of Getting It Delivered?

Yes! Pickup is available every Sunday at Tournament House Gym, 6250 Brockton Ave, Riverside, CA. It's a great option if you're already hitting the gym on Sundays — grab your meals on the way out.

Do You Offer One-Time Orders Or Is It Subscription Only?

We offer both. You can place a one-time order to try us out, or subscribe for weekly or bi-weekly delivery to lock in consistency and never miss a Sunday drop. Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled anytime before the Wednesday cutoff.

How Much Do Meals Cost?

Meals range from $6 for Overnight Oats up to $20 for Steak & Shrimp Fajitas, with most entrées landing between $10–$15. There are no hidden fees — what you see on the menu is what you pay. Browse the full menu and build your order at the shop.

Can I Cancel Or Pause My Subscription?

Absolutely. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. We just ask that changes are made before the weekly order cutoff so your request is reflected in the next cycle.
