Guidelines For Storing & Reheating
Keep all meals refrigerated upon delivery at or below 40°F. For best quality and safety, consume within 3–5 days or freeze for longer storage. If freezing, thaw overnight in the refrigerator before reheating.

To reheat, remove or vent the lid and heat in the microwave for 1–3 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even heating. Alternatively, meals can be reheated in an oven-safe container at 325°F until warmed through. Ensure food reaches an internal temperature of 165°F before consuming.

Do not leave meals at room temperature for extended periods. Reheat only once for best quality and safety.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our meals, returns are not accepted. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Eligible concerns (incorrect, missing, or quality issues) may be resolved with a credit, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
