  • 2 large sweet potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Fresh parsley to garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Preheat oven to 425u00b0F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  • Toss sweet potato wedges with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread in a single layer on the baking sheet u2014 don't crowd them.
  • Roast 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • In the last 5 minutes, drizzle honey over the wedges and return to oven.
  • Remove when edges are caramelized and tips are slightly charred.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve alongside OTS Strip Loin or Egg White Scramble.
