Sorting Your Box on Arrival
When your 7-day box arrives, take a moment to separate what you’ll eat in the next 3–5 days from the rest. Meals you’ll consume soon go in the refrigerator. Anything beyond your first 3–5 meals — freeze those immediately to lock in freshness and prevent spoilage.

Refrigerating Meals
Store refrigerated meals at or below 40°F. Consume within 3–5 days of delivery. Never leave meals at room temperature for extended periods.

Freezing Meals
Lay meals flat in the freezer. When ready to eat, thaw overnight in the refrigerator — do not refreeze after thawing.

Reheating
Remove or vent the lid and microwave 1–3 minutes, stirring halfway. Or reheat in an oven-safe dish at 325°F until warmed through. Always ensure food reaches 165°F before consuming. Reheat once only.

Delivery Policy
OTS Meal Prep delivers freshly prepared subscription meals on a scheduled basis. Delivery windows are provided on delivery day and are estimates. Please ensure a safe drop-off location or leave a cooler to maintain freshness.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our meals, returns are not accepted. If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Eligible concerns may be resolved with a credit, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
