ingredients needed

  • 1 cup fresh mango, cubed
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, halved
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 2 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Fresh mint leaves to garnish
  • Squeeze of fresh lime juice

directions

  • Wash and prep all fruit u2014 cube mango, chunk pineapple, halve strawberries, slice kiwi.
  • Combine all fruit in a large bowl and gently toss.
  • Drizzle honey over the top and squeeze fresh lime juice.
  • Toss lightly to coat.
  • Divide into individual containers and garnish with fresh mint.
  • Serve immediately alongside your OTS meal prep, or refrigerate up to 2 days.
