  • 1 lb baby potatoes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, leaves stripped
  • Flaky sea salt
  • Cracked black pepper

directions

  • Preheat oven to 450u00b0F.
  • Boil baby potatoes in heavily salted water 15 minutes until just tender.
  • Drain and spread on a lined baking sheet. Let steam dry 5 minutes.
  • Using a flat-bottomed cup, smash each potato to about 1/2 inch thick.
  • Drizzle generously with olive oil. Scatter minced garlic and rosemary over each.
  • Season with flaky salt and cracked pepper.
  • Roast 20-25 minutes until edges are golden and shatteringly crispy.
  • Serve hot alongside your OTS Steak Wrap, Strip Loin, or Fajitas.
